He let us know that there is a science behind a delicious cup of coffee from his local shop Two If By Sea. Prior to opening the popular Dartmouth cafe, Zane managed another downtown shop, but he was more interested in improving the process and experience of a great cup of coffee and some tasty treats to go with it. After witnessing the enormous popularity the shop gained in Darmouth, it was inevitable that a brand new downtown Halifax location would open up in January of 2012, allowing Zane’s brews to take the HRM by storm. Two If By Sea has undoubtedly taken the title of Dartmouth’s favourite coffee shop, and we’re sure that the quality coffee produced by Zane will win over the hearts and stomachs of Halifax in no time. Not only has his coffee hooked caffeine connoisseurs line and sinker, but Zane has proven to come out on top, dubbed Best Barista of 2011 by The Coast.
